In the app: open Profile, then Privacy & data, then Permanently delete account.
Without the app: email hola@saamfluent.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request from that address, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account, learning history, voice minutes and any saved chat text. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
What is not deleted: records we must keep by law, such as purchase records held by Apple or Google.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings.
